What You Need to Know
The Flower Round-Up Pass is designed to give you more freedom and more time in the fields while helping us keep the farm healthy, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Before purchasing, please review the following:
Orientation Required
All pass holders must complete a brief on-farm orientation before their first U-Pick. This ensures you know where to cut, how to harvest properly, and how to care for the flowers and the farm. You will be required to sign in at each visit.
Farm Supplies Only
To minimize the risk of disease transfer, all cutting tools, buckets, and supplies must be used onsite and provided by Flower Wrangler Flower Farm. Please do not bring your own tools. You will be provided a specific size of bucket to use, one bucket is equal to one use of your pass. For example, a 5 pass equal 5 buckets. You can only use the bucket size provided, and one bucket per visit unless otherwise agreed upon. Anyone not following the instructions will have their pass revoked.
No Dogs
For the safety of our crops, livestock, and other guests, dogs are not permitted anywhere on the property.
No Alcohol
This is a working flower farm. Alcohol is not permitted during U-Pick visits.
Pass Holder Only
Your pass is valid for one person only. Guests are not permitted unless they purchase a Guest Pass in advance.
Guest Passes
All guests are required to purchase a guest pass and sign the liability release waiver. Your guest must be with you; they are not allowed to visit the farm at a separate time. Please select the guest pass that is appropriate (either picking their own flowers or not). Not following this rule will result in your pass revoked.
Availability
You are allowed to use your pass Monday through Fridays between 7am and 8pm July 25th through September (until the first hard frost). Flower availability will depend based on the week.
Saturdays: 7am through 4pm
Sundays: 1pm through 7pm
No Refunds or Exchanges
All passes are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or extensions will be offered for unused passes, missed visits, or changes in personal schedules.
Expiration
Passes are valid for the current growing season only and expire at the end of the season. Unused visits do not carry over to future years.
Farm Rules Apply
All pass holders must follow posted farm rules and staff instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property without refund. There are no public washrooms available.
Health & Safety
You participate in U-Pick activities at your own risk. The farm is a working agricultural environment with uneven ground, insects, tools, and changing weather conditions.
Right to Refuse Service
Flower Wrangler Flower Farm reserves the right to refuse or revoke pass privileges at any time if policies are not followed, without refund.
